No, the Japanese ver. is basically the same as the content of the English ver..

(It has neither extra levels nor extra stages.But I heard that enemy's AI was improved.)

And... All of the signboards and the voices are Japanese, and the staff in Japan is added to ending credit.

at 04:00 you can see that square were involved with the japanese version. and it would have been awesome if someone said hadouken or shoryuken for no good reason
