Yuan Xiao Chao的很高又很難，

但是論長拳的風格，

Zhao Qing Jian比較瀟灑比較標準。

Personally, I still like Jet Li and Yuan WenQing's Long Fist, they both are top level athletes, of course there are more. Chang Quan styles roughly between 50s and 90s in China are my best favorites not only because they're very fast, crisp, powerful, solid and artistic, but also because each move has many obvious or hidden, practical and efficient offense or defense techniques and applications. Some softness is okay, but don't put too much in Long Fist styles.
