  • Hey guys just wanting to say when doing any type of sit up or crunch do not use you're hands behind you're neck to help you're body up because it can damage you're neck.

  • @mvpmuch1992 depend on what ur training for i train abs everyday witth little or no weght and sometime 20 pund weight my max cuz im a boxer and martial artist but if ur doin it to look good do three times a week cardio 3 time s a week (maybe wen ur not weight traing depends on u) and try to preform isometrics every day this gets u stronger faster i did isometric hand press 10 sec a day for a week and went from 20 push ups to 50 and 10 one arm push up (my max) need any more info message me
