In regards to the first match, isn't it dangerous to press or hit your elbow/forearm against the back of the neck? I would imagine there is risk of severe injury to the spine. I cringed a bit when her hand slipped from his head, and her forearm slammed to the back of his neck.

Also, are there penalties for intentional or repeated unintentional blows, such as to the back of the head, neck, or groin?
