@jayandbrooke pretty much all top of the pops at the time were lip synced.
It would be very rare to find a recording in the early 90s from totp that was actually live...

Ned's!!! I've loved the God Fodder release since it came out way back when. This band doesn't seem to get much credit or recognition. They were the real "alternative"
