  • THOSE CAGES ARE TOO SMALL!!!!

Sorry but I really want that video deleted!

Thumbs up if you want that to!

  • the 2nd one is suitable for 1 rat!!!!!! Rats should NEVER be housed alone! and the cage is still too smalll for one rat. The 'travel' cage is also too small even for one night!. The last cage also isn't very suitable as even with only two rats in, it is still too small and they will hardly have any room to move!!! My rats cages are 6ft long and 4 ft wide and I have two rats in each tank!

  • Cage 1 - no.

    Cage 2 - no.

Cage 3 - okay for TWO rats. No more.

  • @MixMasterLuffy Yes! Which is why I said Tanks!

I bought it from PETS AT HOME when I bought the Rats. Go onto the website, and its the £159.99 one called RAT AQUARIUM (so basically an AQUARIUM for RATS!.

The following extract is taken from the PETS AT HOME website:

Aquariums can also be used to house a rat. These are draughtproof and relatively cheap. A water bottle can be fixed to the side of an aquarium. It is always best to ensure a a wire mesh lid is fixed to the aquarium.

  • @MrsCarlisleCullen6 Please tell me you aren't using tanks!

  • Hsha when she opened the purple cage the momma rat was like yes finally y damn it my break and gets out

  • @wolfslayer9 non-toxic ink is a must

  • @MrsCarlisleCullen6 Tanks are aweful for rats but I suppose a huge one would be suitable. Though THAT MUCH space is good, but not absolutely necessary. If the third cage in this video had more shelves, levels, or explorable space, then it would be perfect for 2 rats. I agree that rats should never be housed alone. However nursing mothers should be until the pups are old enough to not need her. Furthermore..if a dog can spend a night in a carrier, then a rat can spend a night in that small cage.

  • wow i was looking for a ratcage and when i saw one i asked the opinion of other people because their my first rats and i found a cage bigger than that 3th one and exept a few people everybody said that its too small to keep 3 rats so now i have one way much bigger than that 3th one.

  • does news paper hurt them?

  • I don't have rats, but all of those cages lookway too small even for just one of those rats. Can't they make multi level tall cages that are also wide? I would hope rat owners give their precious pets plenty of play time outside of those cells.\

Sorry to call them cells, but the cages really do look too small

  • The only thing you could possibly use any of those for are temporary cages for transportation to the vet or something.
