You can't see the pouring (like a lot of other latté art videos on youtube) because his hand is in the way! And I think it'd be better not to show the making of the espresso and steaming of the milk in EVERY video of the series because we could just go back and watch the first few videos if we needed that. Sorry, I hardly dislike videos but people need to know that this one isn't particularly helpful. :/
