Roger can't sing like David and he'll never perform this song as perfect as David. Gilmour is better singer and musican than Waters, but, of course, Roger writes great lyrics and he created wonderful songs, but David always do this better.

@Glume001 Yes if you read the Roger Waters interview in from 92 (forget the mag) he goes on about U2 sucking because they play big arenas and charge too much. The wall is playing in Vancouver and I would have to fork out 500 bucks per to get a good seat. Otherwise wait for the 30 DVD.

I respect your views, but am bit confused by some of your comments- I think most people feel DG is milking it = Gdansk & Remember that night are very simailar & from the same tour, but you accused Roger of "cashing in"?

I can't see the preoccupation with improvisation ? It smacks of the DG aren't we clever brigade. On an Island is dros, dull tedious and relies totally on extended guitar solos
