She may not be the most amazing singer to reach success, however she is without a doubt an artist. She puts so much emotion into this song and conveys the message of the song with more power than someone with a prestine voice ever could. Music is meant to touch the heart not always about perfection. She find perfection within the imperfections.

@BenHeffernan hmm da magste natürlich recht haben aber am besten wär natürlich ne kombination aus beidem ne^^ denn ich muss schon sagen dass es schmerzt wenn solche langen und bedeutungsvollen töne wie bei "live" oder "are" unsauber gesungen werden..

@Niggo9393 Stimmt schon. Aber das kann immer auch am Sound auf der Bühne liegen. Ist manchmal echt undankbar. Ferner geht es meiner Meinung nicht immer darum, jeden Ton zu treffen. Conor Oberst von Bright Eyes verhaut permanent Töne und keine Sau interessiert das, weil die Songs und der Inhalt mehr zählen. Ich finde, bei diesem Song geht es in erster Linie darum, das Gefühl zu transportieren, und das um jeden Preis - meinetwegen auch um den Preis, dass einige Töne ins Abseits driften.
