I'm a girl I can do the flag and gym teacher made my class do pull ups well I had to do flags so not fair but she thought I was so strong don't anyone inbox me to do them and put it on YouTube my non wont let me anymore

I could do this too if i were 5'5" and weighed 170. unfortunately im 6'4" and weigh 225. Flag is hard if you got long legs.

I'm 5'10" an 155 lbs. and I can't do a single one-armed pull-up. Or any of these things for that matter. I'm working hard though, I stay after 2 hrs of wrestling practice every day for at least 45 min. of lifting. Do you have any tips on how I can learn to do stuff like this?

@mahaLoLolo1 yes man ^^ do more excercises with your body weight like pull ups or dips. on youtube you will find good tutorials for each excercise. Peace

@brownmokey no I think its more the shoulders and the lat. You need this muscles to keep upper body into a horizontal position.
