@Trena543 ha ha. Believe it or not, I only mastered that move about a week before my competition. Was very nervous about it. I finally got it that my bottom hand needed to be on the pole sooner and that I was trying to hold on with the top one to too much and too high

Ha thank you :D

Thanks honey! Im so happy that I got it! See the way I kinda run and dive under my arm and most importantly, and the thing that helped me to nail it in the end, look up at your feet when you're parallel to the pole!

Thanks Amber :D

Sweet! I tried a shot at this in the park last summer (I can't do anything like this in the basement), but I just couldn't get the hang of it. I notice that you do a little "tuck" and a "push" up and out with the hips and legs. That seems to be part of the secret? I've got at least three more months before the weather is warm enough to pole outside. I'll be back at it again, I suspect! Nice work...come to America and teach me how!!!

I dont know if this will make sense but I kinda 'dive' under my right arm and catch the pole at the same time! At first I aimed for an extended butterfly, that gave my legs a little direction if you know what I mean. Then the night that I got this, just as I was about the hook for the ex. butterfly, my instructor yelled 'look up' and I was able to see what my legs were doing and stabilize myself!!
