@randomtouhoufan12 RockMARISA does. If it makes you feel better, she doesn't gain this ability in her Give random power super and can only gain it from specific characters.
Also, you can always discard it.

@MUGENanaya It's her throw. (Forward + Y or 6Y for those that can't understand simple SF notations) She will randomly attempt to copy a power from the enemy and if she can copy she will automatically obtain it.

@MUGENanaya Ahuron's Mukuro is the only character that I know of that she can copy that power from.
