Im so used to seeing Shaun yelling in Insanity, seeing him dance is so wierd.

if you go to their website you will see some success stories with people who were overweight drop quite a bit but you have to work at it.
Griping and complaining about how perfect the dancers look etc, just get off your fat asses and do it.

They always have everyone that is totally fit in the back ground doing exercises with the main trainers. I'd like to (for once) see a few people that actually NEED the exercise a lot more in the back also!
