What a brilliant song. This takes me back to my first true love. She came from the scottish borders and she was the queen!!!!
She was a goddess but I think she is married to an estate agent now with 3 kids. AWWWW BOLLOCKS !!!!

I do prefer to listen to originals by the singers that wrote them if possible. but I do think this version is also nice.

I guess it's what you are used to. I like the Sons of Maxwell version, but I think Wolfstone's version blows theirs away. I guess it's just a matter of taste.
But then, I've seen Wolfstone live quite a few times and they are awesome!

Everyone to their own, Doug! I suppose memories and associations play a large part in why you like a song or a version of a song. So Wolfstone's version still does it for me!
