I'm not here to argue specifics because I don't think it's that big of a deal, but that's a pretty obvious mistake in the classification of music..
Or you could agree with Rob Halford and just say that Heavy Metal is the genre and there really isn't a genre known as "metal".

You do realize Suicide Silence was heavily influenced by bands like Slipknot, Korn, and Deftones, right?
Also, Alexi Laiho has respect for Slipknot as a group.
