I'm into the 4th week of 6, and I can see a HUGE difference from when I first started off. Check out my previous videos and you'll see.

I weighted myself today, and I'm at 155. Wish me luck.

  • @sagoorbest It ususally comes out with less body fat, you need to run and work on those muscles alot and they will begin to show
