Yep... 275 AGAIN! Well.. a little lighter now, but yes, I was 275 the day this vid was shot. The only thing I can think of is that I've packed on some muscle, so since muscle is more dense than fat, I may look slightly slimmer than when I first started. BUT.. I sure don't feel slimmer! lol Thanks for the comment!
Ya know... I don't have P90X+ I STILL have so much room for improvement with the regular P90X workouts, and now with the interval training, I'm keeping it new and fresh. As far as soreness... I drink ovaltine right after my runs/biking/workouts and stretch like crazy! Still feel the soreness, but I like it! ;)
on those days that the weather is crappy, try Interval Plus from P90X+. Jumping rope does a lot more than most people think too and you can do that in your garage. You have the right mindset and motivation going for you... just hold on tight to this feeling and keep things new. Once it becomes a "routine" you might start feeling burnt out. If you find a good way to deal with soreness please let me know. I don't know what it is about hitting 31, but damn I stay sore constantly.
did you say your back up to 275? isnt that were you started at for the first round of p90x? ?? the reason i ask is cause you don't look like you weigh that much at the end of d vs r and you look like you have lost alot since ur day one pics. i have been watching your vids for a long time they are inspirational thanx for posting.
