@eyeAMtwinkEE SU-35 is going into production as the SU-35S and will supplement their PAK FA stealth jet, well if all goes to plan. Numbers will definitely be larger than F-22 numbers but then there will be 2000 F-35s and over 600 allied Typhoons.
@hispanicuscorpus You didn't read that report either because it doesn't exist. The mere fact that Raptors are based in states with rainfall most of the year disproved this.
@hispanicuscorpus The SU-35 is an experimental aircraft, and even it it wasn't, Russia couldn't afford to produce a large enough supply to rival the F-22. Sorry.
Past upgrade PLANS have included (IRST) & JHMCS helmet-mounted sight. Improved jamming capabilities are side-mounted radar arrays At present, there are no plans to add even GBU-53 capabilities, which would let the F-22s attack moving targets & JHMCS.PEOPLE THE F-22 IS OUTDATED AND PLEASE DEMAND UPDATING
@ChicagoProdigy in the other the Suhkoi 35 is only 35 million a piece, highly maneuverable and the F22 if it chosen to export is about 150 million a piece, again history repeat itself the victory goes to who has the large number of equipment
@ChicagoProdigy agree, government has lot to do with F22 demise. But the other issue with the F22 is Cost, and does not matter how well advance a piece of tech is, you need large number to make effected. F22 cant do that because of cost. The same thing happened to the German and the Tiger Tank, good tank, no large number, the Sherman in the other hand cheap tank, huge number produce, it make the different to win the war
@hispanicuscorpus so explain this to me. Name all those other greater jets that would beat the raptor : ). lets just wait till WW3 lol
