EMBARAZO 16 SEMANAS- GESTATION 16 WEEKS, PREVIOUS PLACENTA

Observamos en el video tomado el día de hoy 27 de Octubre de 2008 la ecografía de una madre gestante de 16 semanas de embarazo, cuya fecha de última regla normal (FUR) fue el día 07 de julio de 2008 y es su segundo embarazo pues el primero fue un aborto espontáneo hacía a año y medio.
Acude a la consulta médica por control de la gestación.
Podemos ver la posición transversal del feto, con la cabeza hacia la izquierda .La columna vertebral sin soluciones de continuidad y se localiza en la parte superior y podemos auscultar y contar los latidos cardiacos fetales en 148 latidos por minuto, con ondas rítmicas y regulares.
El diámetro bi-parietal (DBP) es de 34.3 milímetros, la circunferencia abdominal (CA) de 103.7 milímetros y la longitud del fémur (LF) es de 21.6 milímetros. Vemos la placenta en la región anterior (posición baja o placenta previa) del útero y de un diámetro de 25.5 milímetros y de ahí hacemos la medición del pozo amniótico que es 39.2 mms.
La conclusión es: Embrión de 16 semanas de gestación tanto por FUR como por biometría fetal. Feto viable.

The bi-parietal diameter (BPD) is 34.3 millimeters, the abdominal circumference (AC) is 103.7 millimeters and the length is of the femur (FL) it is 21.6 millimeters. We see the placenta in the region of the fund of the womb and of a diameter of 17.1 millimeters and hence we do the measurement of the amniotic well that is 30.2 mm.
We see the afterbirth in the previous region position or previous placenta ) of the womb and of a diameter of 25.5 millimeters and hence we do the measurement of the amniotic well that is 39.2 mm.
The conclusion is: Fetus of 16.0 weeks of gestation so much for date of first day of the last normal menstruation as for fetal biometry. Viable fetus.
