This is to all you ladies that want a good haircolor. Demand it from the haircoloring companies. They put out pure garbage haircolor for the general public to buy in the stores. They do make some wonderful haircolor but will sell it to hairdressers only. The professional haircolor is less dangerous to use by a non professional then the garbage haircolor that they sell to the general public. hairdressers buy the haircolor for about $3..oo a tube depending if they but it in bulk or not.

Depends on what you used to generate the highlights in the first place but generally speaking it is best to go back to a solid base colour first and then use the pack guides to look at changing the hair colour to the one you want.
