shed30in30s.info The egg grapefruit diet is built around the fact that the grapefruit will help you lose weight faster. The diet has gone by different names, but is based upon the 12 day diet. Twelve days is a long time to stay on this sort of program so the three day is much better. Some critics have said that the 12 day is bad for you, but the shorter one is OK. Also a bit of a warning: if you take medications it is known that grapefruit juice can mess with some drugs. So do not drink grapefruit juice or eat grapefruit within 45 minutes of taking any medications. The normal grapefruit diet is based on a 12 day diet which is a pretty long time to stay on this diet. Some people are not able to stay with the strict guidelines for 12 days and then the egg and grapefruit 3 day diet is a faster way. Some people also consider the 3 day diet to be healthier for you body since you only "punish" it for a short time. Egg and grapefruit weight-loss plans and their variations are built exclusively on the principles of exclusion. Individually these foods are healthy for the body, but when they are turned into the prime sources of sustenance, effects may be less than beneficial. You just cannot sustain eating the same types of foods for too long, somehow your body will want varieties.
