That's where I got the patch
I have Studio 10 with my laptop on Windows Vista and it keeps crashing. If anyone has any advice, it is greatly appreciated. I've tried to contact customer support but they never communicate back.

@mfaris16 Lol, it is the fucking operating system that would not be able to support it, not the brand of the computer. Think about it and then fucking comment something stupid.

i can't get video out of my dazzle, the audio is perfect but the video is black and white vertical lines. please help, the slots i used are on the back of my tv (red and white and black) but when i put it in the slots on the side of my tv (red white and yellow) nothing comes out not even the black and white lines.

It's your laptop dumb ass gateway doesn't support Pinnacle systems like Toshiba, Mac, HP, and Dell
