If you're nervous about the double diamonds, you can drop into Outback 1-3 or Banfield, then go hard right at 5 Lakes Basin and you can come out at the top of Calamity, avoiding Gunsight, Willows, etc. (the double diamonds) and also avoid having to ride both Lower and Upper chairs to get back to the top.
