Dude you must be crazy, the first-term freshman girls are the hottest ones. I'm a junior, and me and my friends like talking/getting to know them. Come on, you're honestly telling me that you wouldn't approach a cute 19 year old girl just because she's first-term? No way!

My best friend is in college, and he picks up chicks in his class. Just go up and simply introduce yourself and start asking questions like, "Where are you from" "What's your favorite kind of food" "What kind of music do you like?" etc. This works especially well if you are paired up with a girl for a project. It's not as hard as you think! Just be a genuinly nice guy and you get a girl in no time. Good luck! I'll be a freshmen in college this upcoming fall.
