The comparison of drunk driving to shooting out a radiator are not so equal and can be judged different ways. However, I know of a very similar situation where a 7yr sentence was given not a 4.25 yr sentence, with half the time served. The variables that were different in that case were race and jurisdiction. I would consider one to be prudent to assume all drivers to be unpredictable. That can proactively save innocent lives .

Sir, I understand there is prejudice however this same thing happens to white on white victims , black on black etc...many times they get off...It happens to all...The justice system is a joke

If ya think about it, the Blacks , the Native Americans, the Irish & the Jews have all been screwed over by the white man.
But not too many ppl know about the Irish & what England did to them-read "Trinity" & you'll know it all. If I remember correctly & I could be mistaken, the Native Americans helped the Irish when they were being taken over by England & tortured! I read it somewhere on the net. It really sucks that all this sh** had to or has to happen to these people!!

The justice system is corrupt. Two friends were recently killed in Chicago by an off-duty drunk police officer. Hes white and free and my friends are Mexican and dead. This country obviously has no love for us.
