It would be good to bring some duns and emergers. I fished this water often and only brought searching patterns besides a couple matches. Bring Light olive or tan Emergers! Cahill would do fine

The flies that work pretty much throughout the season on the Icicle and other small local rivers are the Parachute Adams, Royal Coachman Trude, regular Adams, Elk Hair Caddis, Royal Coachman, and the Prince Nymph.
