if u want to improve...1st of all....do the basics for foot work...ma bu...gong bu...xie bu...ding bu...ji long bu...then li quan, gua kai,phao quan & the rest...this old routine is in my heart.....

basic most of it the back half. and the hong jia san bai or some thing is the start u breathing three time thing.i advice u do. the next is when u swing u hand down in fist u ach step or gong pu u can move a bit so u will not lost balance. u teacher got tell u to side step
not bad.but i think u can do better. u lost out in the hongjia san pai. u know and the swing of arm in the coming back the gu kai.u did well any way

Not bad for your first national competition. You've got the shape and forms right. If you are seriously into this, I suggest you look deeper into each movements and go for more performance/competition to up your experience level in performing. Good job and keep striving.
