LoL I'm sure his CO and chain of command were pretty upset with his behavior.
His argument is that he refused to obey an UNLAWFUL order. However, the orders given to him were never deemed unlawful. I cannot respect his decision. I'm sorry.
He should've joined a different branch or not join the military at all if he didn't want to participate in war/conflict. Terminate him and get somebody in here that's ready to SERVE!
