Fighting resumed in South Ossetia

Fighting has been raging for more than 24 hours in Georgia's breakaway republic of South Ossetia. Its capital Tskhinvali came under attack by Georgian Forces, shortly after Georgian President Saakashvili had declared a ceasefire. South Ossetian authorities claim 1400 people have been killed.
