1991 short film by director John Boorman, about aspects of his life and work.
The film shifts back and forth from the world of dreams (in which Boorman's alter-ego is played by John Hurt) to reality, in an exploration of the relationship between the 'secular present' and the 'magical past' (Boorman's own words), between landscape and the imagination, and between life and art.
Boorman's home and its surroundings in Wicklow are an important part of the film (almost a character), and were the location for much of the filming of Excalibur.
My apologies for the audio quality of this film; it has no interference or static but isn't very strong and needs to be turned up quite loud.
Yes.

Why does John Hurt randomly appear in scenes? Is he supposed to be like an alternate John Boorman?
