New circuit board have been designed. Totally hacked Furby :). Microcontroller Atmel ATmega8 runs custom firmware.

I had to laugh at that point in the video. I can't tell, from your response whether or not you realize what just you are saying when you say "pecker". The part that was not opening is called a beak, which yes, birds use them to peck things. When you talk about a pecker though, you are talking about a male reproductive organ...at least in the U.S. anyway.
