3D motion simulation for robot assisted femur fracture reduction.
The simulation is completed in MATLAB/Simulink environment together with virtual reality toolbox. Firstly, motion trajectory including path, velocity and acceleration is calculated based on the inputs from window interface. And then, the animation of motion trajectory is demonstrared. Finally, having computed the displacement of each actuator based on the trajectory, the 3D motion simulation of the virtual robot generated in VR Builder is completed by the virtual reality toolbox.
In the video, The bars are models of long bone fragments.
