  • wow....

  • @Villex93 if you're referring to them being out of size order; that's just so that when he rolls he can go left to right without it being a boring high high mid mid low low - *cymbal*. there's no rule that toms have to be in any specific order, many have them like this if they play symmetrical kits

  • @Villex93 he did it to work on his left side. he has another floor tom on his left so he can lead with his left hand and go around the other way

  • Why does he have the toms like that? ''Because he wants'' isn't the answer I'm looking for.

  • @Drummerboy69ify nice. thats cool that u met him.

  • @MATTlovesDRUMS eh, i met him and he said he just varies with his accesories, he doesnt have a set up similar to this anymore

  • The stuff from :37 to :45 is so tasteful and fat. Derek retains musicality in a super heavy environment, which is rare nowadays...

  • @Drummerboy69ify alright. thanks. i read in modern drummer not too long ago that he was using a pedal on there to do some clave work.

  • @MATTlovesDRUMS He uses a double as his main, a single on his left kick drum, and another single set up on some sort of accessory [depending on the gig] after his hi hat stand
