  • I am.. Awed at the absurdity of such a contrasting outlook of Nietzsche (and related) via mysticism

  • Yes many aren't familiar that Nietzsche had a huge fear of lightning...check out my top hit vid discussing his psychic abilities..

  • Hello Guitaoust. What are your thoughts on Aleister Crowley? Perhaps he is not your point of focus right now, but what is your opinion on him? He had a really great astrological chart. If you google a picture of him you can really see his bold Leo rising. Also have you been to the website astrotheme? It is the greatest online astrology database. I think you'd be very interested in it.

  • I thinks he's crazy from the things I've read by him .. I don't believe in ritualistic occult ceremonies, I believe in ideas

  • @guitaoist I can cite passages where he openly maligns buddhism as a ascetic dictum similar to christianity. Although he did consider it a more reverent alternative.

  • I don't get it, does that mean you ARE gonna be a bore and not watch the vid? Cuz that's typical.

Also you obviously haven't even read his autobiography if you don't think he liked Buddhism ! Lol

  • @guitaoist Perhaps where it CAME from, but philosophy has since moved in radically separate directions. Nietzsche was no mystic, he wasnt a buddhist, and would not have faith in this banal trash. Oh yes, and psychic abilities? Alright then.

  • O because I dunno that's where philosophy came frum.

  • Why do you mention anything philosophy-related in your shit mysticism?

  • @psalm69er Have you read Kohsen Handa's "2013: the day God sees God"? It briefly alludes to Nietzsche. It even has a graph of the Sephiroth and how it corresponds to differing levels of human consciousness.

An Overman is someone who can cross Daath, the abyss.

You should check it out. It's not just another schlocky doomsday prophecy book.

  • @guitaoist I quite agree. If a person succumbs to nihilism out of atheist belief then it is probably because such a belief was a necessary butrress for their mental stabilty.

Superficial atheists like Richard Dawkins cleave to atheism like a religion, then, suddenly, "there's a logical explaination for this" becomes a mere mantra.

Nietzsche atheism was anti-nihilistic. A kind of pagan-atheism, if you will.
