In this clip taken from the discourse titled, Disengage from the I, Swamiji teaches us that there are different levels from which we can operate our body from fear, greed or from prana or life force. Most of us live our lives operating between greed and fear or between Mooladhara and Swadhisthana chakras. In this meditation technique Shiva is making us experience a cognitive shift out of fear and greed. Through this technique we can experience that we are beyond this body.   • this was good, everybody could try it, i remember doing this as a kid in the car, i loved it. when i used to sit on the sofa in an awkward way when watching TV , they would ask me to sit straight! but now i understand, And YES! i Gave me the KICK! -Felt GOOOOOODDDDDDDD!

  • Can you post the meditation after the 10 minute break. It would make a difference. I am a dancer and I think this makes sense to me. I want to go deeper in this meditation. Pranam

  • It is amazing how fast you can feel the flow while just sitting with this technique.
