Gatineau Police harassing youth / Police de Gatineau harcele un jeune

July 8th 2010. While two officers are in the middle of a traffic stop (for a car heading the wrong way on a one way street), they call a youth over from across the street and proceed to request his identification (as is sadly typical in that neighbourhood). After a few minutes and, only when they notice the camera, they proceed to give him back his ID and let him on his way... Well sorta, they oblige him to turn around and follow the one way of the street (but the car gets to drive further down on the wrong end of the one way).

Un jeune subit un controle et une véfrification d'identité (malheureusement, phénomene courant dans le secteur). Il a fallut qu'on apercoit la caméra avant de lui remettre sa pièce d'identité et de le laisser tranquile. Cepandant, on l'oblige de suivre le sens unique de la rue tandis que l'auto dont on avait arreté est permis de poursuivre dans le mauvais sens.
