Ballentines Law Dictionary, 1930
HUMAN BEING. See monster.
MONSTER. A human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal. A monster hath no inheritable blood and cannot be heir to any land.
A prodigious birth; a human birth or offspring not having the shape of mankind: which cannot be heir to any land, albeit it be brought forth in marriage.

This isn't a reply to anyone in particular, I'd like to ask a question. I've seen so many videos and I understand Admiralty Law, the Natural Man, being free, etc.. but has anyone really become a Sovereign man/woman? what happens after that? what happens to your ability to drive without a drivers license? What happens to Social Security, Do they remove you from all government records? Are you not entitled to what belongs to you already? No one has ever been able to show me the after effects.

Very thorough, very well presented. Tx DrK, I look forward to watching the rest.

iKnowYouSeeThis-Well said, i was just going to raise this point.
The moment you identify yourself as a 'Natural Person', they now have the duty to give you your rights and duties.
Always identify yourself as a 'Human Being' and nothing else, this way there is no confusion. Human beings are born with rights and they have the capacity to choose their duties.
That which is given, has no value.

Correction: you are not a "Natural Person" since natural persons have "rights and duties" that are applied to them. Rights cannot be given and duties means taxation.
You are a Human Being... not a Person. Person is derived from the root word Persona which means mask.... it's a mask when in a legal theater.
You are not a "Person" you are a Human Being.

"Yah but what is the definition of "human being"? It's my understanding that a human being is as much a legal entity as a person. What I have noticed is that people often hail the Universal Declaration of Human Rights without realizing that Articles 29 and 30 completely negate everything contained therein. It's like giving rights and than taking them away. But then what would one expect from a body that promote the mob rule of "democracy" and wants to kill ninety percent of people"

Sorry for deleting your post LakeshoreBaby, it was not my intention.
I re-posted your post.
You are correct, human beings are given rights; who exactly gives these rights to these human beings.
I know rights are not given, they are claimed for oneself and defended.
If these human beings were given rights as privileges than those rights/privileges could be taken away by those who granted such, one step above a slave.
He who fails to assert his rights has none."
Rights are property.
