Is there an easy way to do that myself? I actually have the entire NSF library, but I can only use it in Winamp with a plug in :(

@deafomega Nestopia has a "Start Recording Audio..." menu item (under "Options" on Mac, at least). I load the resulting WAV in Audacity and crop & normalize it, then export as MP3.

Alternatively, google "record what you hear" (that solution should work with Winamp as well).
