750mc Allcomers | Donington Park race 1 red flags - Kev Horsley | Scoobyclinic

Onboard footage from my first ever race, the 750 Motor Club Allcomers Handicap at Donington Park. First time on slicks too so wasn't quite sure on grip levels as you'll see on first lap. First red flag was caused by the two cars going off at Redgate. 2nd restart was a bit too soon after the first and my clutch starts to slip badly in the first few laps, but we're soon brought to a halt again when Chris Huntley and Tim Evans come together on the pit straight after a Radical's engine seizes in front of them, everyone walked away unhurt! What a welcome to racing! :D

Best lap was a 1:16.80 on lap 8.

Car spec: Subaru Impreza STi RA MY95, semi-stripped interior, bolt-in rollcage, SC 2.3l forged engine, Ported STI 8 AVCS heads, GSC S1 cams, GT35XT-R billet turbo, SC 5 speed helical gearkit & HotBits DT2 RSI coilovers. Running approx. 475-500bhp.
