Yeah, I was getting a degree in art, but then I realized I could train myself better not in school. Well, now I somehow transitioned into web development and comp sci. How I got here was I wanted to sell my fine art online so I started to do front-end development with a friend who is three years into getting his degree in computer science. Well, it was taking a while so I decided to read a few 600+ page books on PHP, MySQL, etc and ended up freelancing web development.

@academicreviser Oh, right. It's been a while since I've seen any of your other videos, so I forgot you already said that.

I'd say another piece of advice is to take the first year or two in a cheaper school and then transfer over. You're just getting done with the basic requirements in the first two years anyways, so why pay more for the same material you can get at a cheaper place?

@Tr0llinator Ha. It's got a tan border. It's not like we're chroma keying or anything.
