CBC's Mychaylo Prystupa discusses with Dr. Ian Mauro about Mauro's latest research project, titled 'Qapirangajuq -- Inuit Knowledge and Climate Change', the world's first documentary on climate change as told by Inuit in their language.

Mauro, whose film we screened for the community and our guests in Churchill, Manitoba during November 2010, is pioneering what he calls "video research" — using filmmaking techniques to find and publish scientific discoveries.

  • This was a great film. And Ian's incredibly intelligent and well spoken.
