Make Me A Superhero (with Adobe After Effects)

Okay so for the past few weeks I've been playing around with Adobe After Effects - I'm still not particularly good at it compared to what a lot of other people can do but I'm getting there. I thought this was a pretty good attempt considering I've not actually been taught anything on it, I just learned how to do this myself.

Sorry about the time being in some of the clips, the camera I normally use died (but it's semi-fixed now) so I had to use my parents video camera - it works on VHS how retro is that?!

Anyways as I said it's a first attempt, be nice!
