TURN YOUR VOLUME UP AND LISTEN AT 0:56 TO HEAR THE TSA SAY WE CAN'T FILM BECAUSE "THEY DON'T WANT THIS ON YOUTUBE" When Matt Smith, Gavin Garrison, and Heather Rally of Project Gulf Impact arrived at Ontario Airport in California Tuesday evening to board a plane headed back to the Gulf of Mexico, all three of them were pulled aside by the TSA and patted down. Matt was the first let go, and he began filming Gavin and Heather in the holding cell.. As he was filming, a TSA Security officer started yelling at him to turn the camera off saying " TSA DOESN'T WANT STUFF LIKE THIS UP ON YOUTUBE" when Matt informed him it is perfectly legal to film in a public place, the TSA agent called his supervisor. When the supervisor walked over to Matt and Heather, he told Matt it was a FEDERAL OFFENSE to film in the airport. When Heather and Matt challenged this, he got increasingly angry. He kept repeating it was a federal offense, and finally Heather asked him "since when?". At this point, (the guy didn't know the answer) he stormed off to get back up, and Matt, Gavin, and Heather walked away. WHERE HAVE OUR RIGHTS GONE? All of this was legal, Matt was in no way slowing down the process, filming from over 50 feet away, and beyond this, it is COMPLETELY LEGAL TO FILM IN A PUBLIC PLACE... even TSA security... Know your rights, everyone.

  • I love the way he claims that it is illegal to film these machines. After the TSA put videos of these machines all over the News.

  • You should have said "I'm filming my friend get molested. Now unless YOU wanna get molested, walk away."

  • Reply back "I don't want to be violated. Seems we both have wants which remain ignored".

  • @AbuJahfar No they don't, don't hate a person for doing their job.

  • good work matt! idk how you keep a cool head around such idiots! I wouldve flipped a shit on all of them!

  • The taxpayer paid for these god damn machine and I want to see what the fuck I paid for. TSA was lying out of their ass. Just part of the training. People Stand Up Against Tyranny!. Thanks for this video my brave friends.

  • Notice the security guard cover his face with the clipboard?

  • it is not illegal to film federal check points. On youtube there are a few check point warriors that film border check points inside the usa all the time... Next time should this shit happen again... tell the man that you would appreciate it if the would not lie to your face about it... and if they ever grab your cam and erase it. there are free progams only that can recover deleted stuff... just make sure you dont take another pic after deletion.
