OMG! I wish I could bake something like that. We just fixed our oven but I think it will take a loooong while until we will be able to bake something eatable. For now, it is just smoke all over the place hahaha

yuk! who likes hair in their bread? not me, otherwise it looks very very good.
I have a brother in law who prepares food like this, we have found arm hair in the food
so often, he no longer cooks, and to think he is supposed to be a high class chef....
but we love him anyway, we just dont let him mix by hand and arm anymore

can you use the oven during winter or will it crack up/break or not maintain proper temp?

When you rake the coals out you can put them into a container with a tight cover on it and save them for later. That's a lot of good charcoal you made there, why waste it? Grill!

Does it HAVE to be baguettes every time, or can you wait to cool to a certain temp for larger or round loaves?
