Cameron Ower, director of research and development at MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) Space Missions in Brampton, explains how NASA uses the Canadarm to look at tiles underneath the shuttle. Missing tiles brought down the Columbia space shuttle in 2003, killing seven astronauts.
