  • 100 mph my ass

  • @bmister50 thats HP not MPH,the cart's top speed is around 40 MPH,you should read more carefully before posting your comment.

  • @briparts 40mph thats it?!?!?!?!?! i have a 112hp golf cart and she does 90

  • @joe23ba stock gearing and tire size will only allow this speed but it gets there in less then 3 seconds and on the back wheels.could easily get those speeds if I geared it up but I am not interested in going that fast on a golf cart thank you.

  • not with these tires,I have a set that will burn till they smoke but the stock rear end has a working differential so it is usually just one wheel that will spin .if I had a "live" axle it could do donuts with smoke but I use the cart a lot on grass and it will be harder to steer as well

  • Was the engine just a straight bolt in? I am looking into getting a Yamaha G16 and dropping in a snow mobile engine

  • @stevensj13

No ,it is not, engine has to be fitted for proper belt alignment, exhaust has to be fabricated ,if you are using a liquid cooled motor you need a rad and cooling lines, air cooled motors run too hot because there is not enough air flow under the seat.these things are important ,they are the difference between a reliable machine that can be used every day and one that is always braking down.

  • @joe23ba he could gear this to go 100,mph I'm sure, but why, more fun popping wheelies, and pulling some G's ,anyway going a hundred in a open, top heavy cart is suicidal, don't do it..

  • @bmister50 DUMB FUCK

  • im looking to build one of these with an old Par Car and a Polaris 440 liquid cooled, but im not sure what to use for a rear end? and whatever you put in yours looked to be the best idea iv seen so far..what is is and what did you get it out of

  • Cool man, I got the same yamaha golf cart, was going to put a yamaha 540 fan cooled srv motor in it but i think im going to go with my dads indy 650 triple, and build a radiator for it...Going to work on it tomorrow, taking the body off and painting it and painting the frame, then i got to fit the motor in and make any other mods i got to do on it... love ur cart good job!
