No its not. We in uae know the money goes to charity so its ok and thats why it is being filmed. The uae government is well known in the world for giving unusual numbers of charity. (Remember the 1 billion help for palestine)

I am not saying that it may appear unusual to westerners, but show some respect, because (uae) does really help.
