"Il Palloncino" (the balloon) is one of the lesser known songs of Mina Mazzini from her album "Mina Interpretata da Mina", but one of my favorite - the lyrics and the way she uses her voice are so adorable and carefree!
Mina Mazzini is an Italian singer born in 1940 in Cremona, whose stylistic singing and intense image made her one of the most popular Italian singers in the 1960s. She continues to sing and release albums today - in fact, this year alone, she has released 11 albums!
