Gerard Growney and elderly Alzheimer's patient - Part 2

Second half of videotaped interview that took place May 6, 2004. This video is evidence in a pending Florida Bar ethics investigation involving Mr. Watson. Watson represented Keller Williams realtor Gerard Growney at the same time he represented Mr. Lieffers. Since Mr. Lieffers made Growney a recipient of his will, the Florida Bar determined that to be a conflict of interest, to which Mr. Watson pleaded guilty.

Unfortunately we had to settled with the Keller Williams realtor. Florida law allowed him to use the estate funds for his legal expenses.

Imho, it wouldn't be,considering the suspicious circumstances of his removal, as well as the issue of his competence. And apparently, the courts agreed.
