LM MUGEN Special: Evil Dan's funny new sounds!

At first, I never knew it was a fad, but hey, I can submit something aswell, right? So now we have voices for most of the "Evil" characters...please try mine out; it was designed to be MM-ish...plus, there are a few more sounds left to be discovered by the player!
